You have made a purchase on our website but have not received an order confirmation? There are several ways to verify that your order has been placed.
First, you can check the inbox of the email address linked to your Bam account. Also check for junk mail, our confirmation email may end up there. If you can't find it anywhere, go to the next step.
Once logged into your Bam account, go to your account settings, and click on "My orders".
Once on the "My orders" page, you will find all your past purchases. If the purchase for which you have not received a confirmation email appears, then your purchase has been correctly placed.
